Production and Shipping

All samples are produced to order. Based on high order volume, orders may ship in 2 to 3 business days.  We pride ourselves as a business that is extremely customer-focused, so please trust that we strive to complete orders quickly and accurately.

If an item is out of stock at the time of shipping, you will be notified via email.

USA

We ship orders to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

BUSINESS DAYS are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and national holidays.

Shipping rates within the US are a flat $5 fee.  If you add 5+ items your shipping will be free.

When your order ships, you will receive a notification with tracking information.  All orders are shipped Ground Advantage with tracking.

CANADA

We offer shipping throughout Canada.

There is a flat fee of $12 USD for Canadian orders.  Buy 10+ items and shipping is free.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

There is a flat fee of $17 for all other international destinations.  Buy 15+ items and shipping is free.


My Fragrance Samples is not responsible for and cannot affect delivery times once the order has left our premises.

Goods Lost in Transit

Any items not received must be reported to us within 7 days of your order being sent, and we will attempt to locate it. My Fragrance Samples will not accept claims for non-delivery of any items if we are not informed of non-delivery within 7 days of your order being shipped. When informed about non-delivery, we are required to wait a total of 21 working days before a claim can be made for a lost item.  Therefore, we cannot consider items lost until 21 business days have passed. At this point a claim will be raised and a replacement item sent (stock permitting). In a case where items are out of stock, a refund will be made.

In the event of an order lost in transit, the customer is required to cooperate with My Fragrance Samples and USPS in dealing with the claim. Failure to cooperate may invalidate the claim for a lost order.

My Fragrance Samples cannot accept responsibility for delayed or lost orders due to an incorrect delivery addresses being provided. Customers Order Confirmation email will state the delivery address given with the order. This is the customer’s opportunity to inform us of any errors. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details supplied are correct to ensure no issues occur with delivery.

Returns

14 Day Return Period

Our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. During this time period you can inspect the items you have paid for and, provided that they are not used or tampered with, return them for an exchange or refund. The refund will be for the cost of the perfumes, minus the shipping cost and a 15% Restocking Fee. We cannot process returns after the stated 14 day period. Faulty or Damaged issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order or a refund may not be possible.

Under no circumstances will we offer a refund or exchange goods that have been tampered with, opened or used (unless they are faulty). We will refuse claims for returns in an instance where you have used the product and decided that it is not to your liking, or because you perceive it to be different from previous versions that you may have tried. Perfumes can vary in smell or perception of smell for many reasons- this does not constitute a fault in the product provided.

Faulty and Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged or faulty, we may provide a replacement item or refund as appropriate and at our discretion.  Please contact us immediately in the event of damage or flaws (see contact details and instructions below)

Customers are required to inspect all items ordered immediately upon receipt. Failure to report any damage within 48 hours of delivery will be construed as an acceptance of the item’s condition. Any damage reported more than 48 hours after the signature on the delivery MAY be rejected. If a return is accepted the faulty item should be returned with all the original packaging and accessories as purchased along with all relevant documents within 14 days of purchase. The customer will be required to provide digital photographs and a confirmation statement that the item arrived damaged. This information will be used to file a claim with our courier. The customer will be required to cooperate with the courier and us in any resulting investigation. Purchasing from My Fragrance Samples is a full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

How to Return a Product

We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking when returning an item. If you choose not to use a tracking service (at your own risk), please ensure that you apply adequate postage.  We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods you return to us.  This is why we highly recommend using a tracking service- so that in the unlikely event of a lost item, you are able to claim back the value of the items from the shipping service provider.   Returned items that are lost are the responsibility of the sender, not My Fragrance Samples.  Please retain your tracking receipt until you have received acknowledgement or credit for the return.

We recommend that you return goods using adequate packaging such as bubble wrap to reduce the likelihood of damages occurring.  USPS considers perfumes to be hazardous goods and therefore will instruct you to use ground shipping when you advise them of the  contents of the package.
